Time to Process Orders
We process all orders within 1 to 2 working days, which are Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
Orders made after the cutoff times or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You will get an email with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Ways to Ship and How Long It Takes
For all of our deliveries, we employ Australia Post and reliable courier partners.
- Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after the package has been sent.
- Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after the package is sent.
Depending on where you reside, delays with the courier, the weather, or busy times of the year, delivery times may be different.
Coverage for Shipping
We ship all around Australia, including all major cities and rural places.
Some places that are far away may take longer to get their packages.
We don’t ship to other countries right now unless you say so at checkout.
Following Your Order
You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.
The Australia Post tracking system lets you follow your package directly.
Problems with Delivery
At checkout, please double-check that your mailing address is correct.
If your address is wrong or the courier has problems, Aussie Vape Hub is not liable for the delay.
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if your package says it was delivered but you didn’t get it.
